Building a Stronger Virgin Islands

๐ŸŒฑ Agriculture

“Growing local food, strengthening local families.”

Agriculture is essential to building a stronger and more self-reliant Virgin Islands. David Sierra believes we must invest in local farmers, encourage agricultural education, and expand opportunities for food production throughout the territory. Strengthening our agricultural industry will help improve food security, create jobs, support local businesses, and reduce our dependence on imported goods.

โšก Energy

“Reliable, affordable energy for every Virgin Islander.”

Affordable and dependable energy is essential to the future of the United States Virgin Islands. David Sierra supports expanding renewable energy opportunities, modernizing our electrical infrastructure, and pursuing practical solutions that reduce costs for families and businesses while strengthening the reliability of our power system. By investing wisely today, we can create a more sustainable and resilient future for generations to come.

๐Ÿ› Government Accountability

“Restoring trust through transparency and responsible leadership.”

The people of the Virgin Islands deserve a government that is transparent, accountable, and responsive. David Sierra believes every public official should be a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars and committed to honest leadership. By promoting ethical government, fiscal responsibility, and open communication, we can restore public confidence and ensure government works for the people it serves.

Good government does not end when legislation is passed. David Sierra believes elected officials have a responsibility to follow through by monitoring the implementation of laws, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring they achieve their intended purpose. Too often, legislation is approved but receives little oversight after passage. David is committed to strengthening accountability by encouraging regular reviews, measuring results, and working with government agencies to ensure laws are properly implemented and truly benefit the people of the Virgin Islands.

“Passing a law is only the beginning. Good leadership follows through.”

Vision Statement

“Investing in today’s youth to build tomorrow’s leaders.”

The future of the Virgin Islands depends on the success of our young people and the strength of our families. David Sierra believes every child deserves access to quality education, positive role models, career training, and opportunities to succeed. By supporting families, expanding workforce development, strengthening technical and vocational education, and encouraging mentorship, we can prepare the next generation to become confident leaders and productive citizens.

Throughout his career, David has invested in people by teaching valuable skills, mentoring students, and helping individuals prepare for meaningful careers. He believes that when we invest in education, workforce training, and family support, we strengthen not only individual lives but the future of the entire Virgin Islands community.

๐Ÿค Working Together

Vision Statement

“Real progress begins when we work together”

No single person can solve every challenge facing the Virgin Islands. David Sierra believes lasting progress comes through collaboration between government, businesses, community organizations, churches, educators, and citizens. By listening to the people, encouraging open dialogue, and working together toward common goals, we can build a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Virgin Islands for everyone.
